Return Time Frame

• All rental items must be returned within 24 hours after the event end date.
• Late returns will incur an additional fee of 10% of the rental cost per day.

Condition of Items

• All items must be returned in the same condition they were rented out.
• Any damages or missing items will be charged to the renter at the cost of repair or replacement.

Deposit Refunds

• Deposits will be refunded within 7 business days after the items have been returned and inspected.
• If any items are damaged or missing, the cost will be deducted from the deposit.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will incur a 20% cancellation fee.
• No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 24 hours of the event.

Cleaning Fee

• A cleaning fee will be charged if items are returned excessively dirty or stained.

Pickup and Delivery

• Pickup and delivery services are available for an additional fee.
• If you choose to use our delivery service, ensure someone is present to receive the items at the scheduled time.
